This state-of-the-art technology not only allows you to walk through the entire home digitally, you can also take real-time measurements of rooms, view the home’s layout from any angle, and see every detail in stunning 4K resolution!

Electronic Signature

All paperwork is reviewed and signed electronically and remotely from any device. Computer, smartphone, or tablet, everything can be signed and shared in a matter of moments. This also allows us to walk you through and explain any part of any document.

Remote Listing Appointments

Our use of both general and proprietary technology allows us to thoroughly research the value of your home. All of these reports can be presented to you remotely and paperwork is then digitally signed.

3-D Photography

We have invested heavily in 3-D photographic cameras, infrared scanners, and trained personnel to make sure that we can photograph and present your home with only one short visit when needed. This specialized photography and virtual tour technology allow prospective buyers to not only see pictures of your home, but take a walk through your home with their computers, smart phones, or if they choose, with virtual reality goggles.

Virtual Showings & Open Houses

It is not necessary to have groups of people coming through your home. You can choose to have us produce pre-recorded videos and narrated tours of your property or allow us to host virtual open houses. During these virtual open houses, prospective buyers gather in a digital waiting room while your trusted Realtor® (being the only person in your home) takes prospective buyers on a remote walk through your home answering any questions

Do I just stop making payments?

NO. You can not just stop making payments. You must contact the bank or mortgage servicer that holds your loan. Most mortgage holders are offering forbearance. In forbearance, the amount you would have paid is still owed (plus interest). How and when this is paid may vary depending on the mortgage bank of servicer. 

What are the benefits?

You are essentially able to press the pause button on your mortgage. During forbearance there are NO late fees, NO reporting to credit bureaus, and NO foreclosures.

How long will this last?

As with most things, every situation is different. The duration and type of relief may differ from person to person. Currently, we have seen relief offered for between 1-12 months depending on the company holding your mortgage.
